1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the ACasino platform (acasino.ws). By creating an account or accessing the platform, you are considered to have agreed to abide by these Terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

To make a withdrawal on ACasino, your account must have completed identity verification. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for your deposit. Funds typically arrive within 15 minutes to 24 hours after processing.

4 Betting Rules

4.1 General Betting Terms

All odds offered on ACasino are subject to change and are determined in accordance with applicable rules. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, ACasino reserves the right to void that bet.

4.2 Live Betting

Odds in live betting can change at any moment. If live betting is suspended for a match, any existing bets will be settled at the odds available when the match ends. Taking advantage of confirmation delays in live betting is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match does not start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.

• For cricket matches interrupted by rain, the DLS method will be applied.
• In football, extra time and penalty shootouts are generally not included in the result unless explicitly stated.
• If a match venue changes, ACasino may choose to void or uphold the related bets at its discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Understanding Wagering Requirements

Every bonus on ACasino comes with a Wagering Requirement (WR). For example, if you receive a ৳100 bonus with a WR of 10x, you'll need to place a total of ৳1,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use a specific offer only once.
• Bets placed using bonus balance must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days by default, though specific offers may vary.
• ACasino reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and secure environment, ACasino strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple individuals from the same household, or the same person, using separate accounts from the same IP address to claim bonuses.
• Bonus Hunting: Repeatedly registering accounts solely to collect bonuses, or strategically minimizing losses to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Bots or Automation: Betting via automated software or bots.
• Odds Manipulation: Placing bets at incorrect odds by exploiting technical errors.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by ACasino

ACasino may immediately suspend any account in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. ACasino also reserves the right to withhold the reason for suspension where it relates to an ongoing investigation.

7.2 Closure by User

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@acasino.ws. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

8 Limitation of Liability

ACasino makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, ACasino is not liable in the following cases:

• Losses Due to Internet Disconnection
• Third-Party Payment Gateway Issues
• Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Technical Failures
• Losses resulting from the user sharing their password or their own negligence

In all cases, ACasino's maximum liability is limited to the current balance in the user's account.

9 Responsible Gaming

ACasino firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a habit. That's why we offer the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: A limit on the maximum amount you can wager at any one time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 1 day to 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: You can permanently self-exclude from the platform at any time.

10 Dispute Resolution

11 Changes to Terms & Notification

ACasino reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
